Day 01 :
Airport / Pinnawala / Kandy

A Warm Welcome to Paradise!

Upon your arrival at Bandaranayaka International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative with a traditional Sri Lankan smile and a flower garland and thus the journey of your incredible travel through the Pearl of the Indian Ocean shall commence. After a brief discussion, you will take a scenic drive to Kandy the Hill Capital of Sri Lanka.

Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage

Begin your adventure with a visit to the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, which provides shelter and care for abused, orphaned and injured elephants. Watch the gentle giants bathe and play in the river a heartwarming scene that reflects Sri Lanka's love of all things wildlife.

Visit Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic

Upon reaching Kandy,visit one of the most sacred Buddhist temples in the world - Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa). Its golden-roof shrine contains the relic of Lord Buddha's tooth. The atmosphere is both spiritual and tranquil while providing a sense of devotion against the backdrop of the rich, Kandyan architectural structure.

Cultural Dance Show & Evening Lake Walk

As the sun sets, enjoy a vibrant Kandyan Cultural Dance Show, enjoy the energy of a Kandyan Cultural Dance Show, featuring traditional drummers and beautiful dancers who showcase ancient tales through the rhythmic beat of drums and colorful fabrics. Follow this with a relaxing walk around Kandy Lake to enjoy the cool breeze and charming nighttime lights of this beautiful town.

Day 02 :
Kandy / Nuwara Eliya

Visit a Tea Plantation & Factory

After some time on the road, you will stop at a tea plantation and factory where you can learn about how Ceylon tea is produced from leaf to cup. The tour will take you through the neatly trimmed tea bushes that are the hallmark of Ceylon. Once you understand the steps needed to turn tea leaves into an exquisite brew, you will enjoy a delicious cup of famous Ceylon tea while taking in the stunning landscape.

 Visit Ramboda Waterfall

After your tea plantation experience, you will continue onwards, stopping at the beautiful Ramboda Waterfall, which tumbles down into verdant green valleys. Take a few photos, and step back to breathe in the fresh, cool air and embrace the beauty of nature.

 Visit Nuwara Eliya

Finally, you will reach Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England,” famous for its colonial architecture, flower gardens and cooler temperature. Visit the spectacular Gregory Lake, where you can take a walk, or, if you fancy, a boat ride, ensconced by misty mountains.

After checking into your hotel, you can relax and enjoy the serenity of Sri Lanka’s hill country location.

Day 03 :
Nuwara Eliya / Bentota

After breakfast, bid farewell to the foggy hills and depart for the golden southern coast of Sri Lanka. Breathe in the scenic ride down, as the scenery changes from cool mountains to warm tropical beaches.

En Route Sightseeing

Later on, we can make a short stop at St. Clair’s or Devon Waterfalls — both among the most stunning falls along the journey, and a perfect stop for photos and a refreshing respite in nature.

Enjoy All the Benefits of the Golden Beach of Bentota

After arriving at the coast of Bentota, known for its pristine beaches and tranquil waters, we will check into your beach resort for the night. In the afternoon, you will have time to relax on the beachfront or sunbathe enjoying the warm sun.

Madu River Boat Safari

Later on, you may take a boat safari of the Madu River, making it way through moody mangrove tunnels and small islands bursting with bird life. You will visit the cinnamon island to see how pure Ceylon cinnamon is produced, and of course, enjoy the soothing beauty of nature at this unspoiled gem.

As the day comes to end, enjoy a magical sunset over the Indian Ocean — a great way to wind down after a long day travelling and experiencing.

Day 04 :
Bentota / Colombo / Airport (Departure)

Wake up to the soothing sound of  the waves and have a lovely breakfast by the beach. Today is the last day of your short but memorable trip through the heart of Sri Lanka.

Explore Colombo City (If Time Permits)

On the way to the airport, take a tour of Colombo, Sri Lanka's commercial capital. This city tour will be a quick mix of modern life and the charm of colonial life: It will cover the exciting Galle Face Green, the old parliament buildings and colorful shopping malls, plus many markets and temples. The last stops are for a few souvenirs to take home with you to remember your time in paradise.

Departure with Memories to Last a Lifetime

After this memorable journey exploring culture, nature and warm Sri Lanka hospitality, you will be transferred to the Bandaranaike International Airport for your departing flight.
