After some time on the road, you will stop at a tea plantation and factory where you can learn about how Ceylon tea is produced from leaf to cup. Once you understand the steps needed to turn tea leaves into an exquisite brew, you will enjoy a delicious cup of famous Ceylon tea while taking in the stunning landscape.
Visit Ramboda Waterfall
After your tea plantation experience, you will continue onwards, stopping at the beautiful Ramboda Waterfall, which tumbles down into verdant green valleys. Take a few photos, and step back to breathe in the fresh, cool air and embrace the beauty of nature.
Visit Nuwara Eliya
Finally, you will reach Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England,” famous for its colonial architecture, flower gardens and cooler temperature. Visit the spectacular Gregory Lake, where you can take a walk, or, if you fancy, a boat ride, ensconced by misty mountains.
